  • What is an audience?   An audience is group of similar people or a combination of different groups of people.
  • Please list three different types of audiences there are: 1. Education 2. Income 3. Occupations
  • Pretend that you are giving a presentation to the following groups:
    a)High school students
    b)Parents
    c)Business men and women

    What are some topics that you would discuss with them? How do you plan to hold their attention?
  •  A) About what sport they like better. How school is making them playing perfectly. I would plan their attention with asking them questions about favorite sports.
  • B) I would talk to them about  academics, and etc. I would hold their attention by involving them to asking a questions.
  • C) If I was giving a presentation to business men and women I would try to get to the point quicker and be professional. I might talk about a popular product or what ever their field is in.

    1.  Do you like presenting information?  (why or why not)                                                                                                                             I actually don’t like presenting my information in front of  whole class. I became nervous.

    2.  What do you think are the key elements in a good speech?                                                                                                             Body language is important and also the good arguments.

    3.  What is difference between giving a speech about something you enjoy as opposed to something that you do not enjoy?                                                                                                                                                                                                                              The difference is that when you give a speech about something you enjoy you fell more interesting, excited what you doing. If you do not enjoy it would be not interesting and boring.

    4.  Why do you believe power point is a helpful tool to use for presentations?                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Yes, because it allows you to have a visual sight of what the speaker is talking about.

    5.  When do you think you will be using power point after high school?                                                                                                        I think, I will be using a power point a most in college doing my presentation.

    Questions to answer:

    • What struggles did you find while creating this budget sheet? Creating this shopping list was only difficult because I needed to put  down things I actually eat. One more thing was what most important accessories do I need.
    • Why is it important to try and find the meaning behind creating a budget for yourself when you go shopping? It is important to create a budget for the food you’re going to eat so you don’t spend more than you need to.
    • Do you think that you have more of an understanding as to how expensive food can be? After this project I have a better understanding of how expensive food  is. I learn from this project that,  food is much expensive that I was  thinking before.
    • Did you enjoy this project and why?  Yes, I enjoy this product, because is interesting, and also now I know how to buy good stuff and not pay so much.
